Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shamash fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Heward hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: Dayereth speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Dayereth has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His long white crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his red eyes.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. A true patriot, Heskan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. When Heskan reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
