Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a tan collared shirt and yellow pants. He accessorizes with a brown scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His brown hair is singed and shortened. He has green eyes.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His brown hair is lengthy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born into a rich family. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Umpen has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
