Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Burto's homeland. Burto decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Burto fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilthur was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

History: He was born in the south. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new bowyer responsibilities is difficult
