History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
