Description: This man wears a simple brown robe with tan stripes complete with hood, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has no hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Halander grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Halander. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he usually wears his black robe and has his club always slung over his shoulder. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. A true patriot, Shane would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His first spouse was a Tanner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and doesn't want to be a shoemaker and was forced into it by his family

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. He has gray eyes.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'5" when asserting himself. His hair is long and brown with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his feathered black hat.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Laborer; and to reunite with his absent mother
