However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Morthos was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Courier, but he got bored and became a Fisher. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
