Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a engraver and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He takes great joy in being the best Scribe in town.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and to be a shoemaker again

History: Born in the north to a Marshal, Valafar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.
