Personality: Silvo wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Silvo was born the youngest of three triplets. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices.
