History: Kairon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Kairon abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Mehen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Melech was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
