Personality: Wiggan speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. Heian liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
