Personality: Norman is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Norman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Norman. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Slave Trader.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a yellow vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His red leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his yellow boots flare out at the collars. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Soveliss was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He wears his red hair down. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
