Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Knight born in the past three hundred years. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born in the east to a Knight, Peren learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is dressed in an above average manner. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length dark red hair. His half smiles and black eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: 6'10" and muscular, this southern man prefers to wear pastel clothing when he does not wear armor. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Horhog liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Herbalist mother left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bookbinder. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Thervan was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
