History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kilvar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the north to a Blacksmith, Igden learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Halander is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Halander alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Hunter who has hired him part-time. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.
