Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Arumawann embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Arumawann was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Ishmoz hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ishmoz fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student he started as a Body Guard, but he got bored and became a Assassin. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Theodoric lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Theodoric reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has achieved small success as a Ploughman.
