History: Peter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Peter abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has achieved small success as a Barber.

He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.
