History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Fonkin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: Gale speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gale does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion
