Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Trail was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He takes great joy in being the best Butcher in town.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Butcher and found it very stressful. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: Standing 6'5", this man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His crest, while still mostly blue, has prominent grey streaks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady red eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a great chef.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tattered old clothes. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His eyes are violet.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. After a long history of fighting, Delebean and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a tight fitting green shirt and pants, marred by sweets. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
