History: Born to a Assassin, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Peter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: A 3'0" eastern man, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His white hair and beard is wavy and long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Scrag grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Farmer. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and wants to open a new tavern
