History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Rhogar took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Oskar was born with his mother's beautiful face. Through the years after Oskar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Oskar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
