History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. History: William lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and sabotage a competitor
