Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Skak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He has a missing right arm. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. He is portly but not overly obese. His orange fur, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are yellow.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Farmer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge; and regain custody of his son

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Hunter father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Hunter.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
