His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Ombul took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

Motivation: To be a Hunter again; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: Oren hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shipwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shipwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. The war was a terrible time for him, and Amnon does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he loathes his own lifestyle
