History: Veit lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a grey coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His hair is long and white with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ugol never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
