Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Brug took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
