History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Cockaby was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cockaby's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Cockaby never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
