He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). Oskar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
