History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.
