History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
