Personality: Paelias speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Paelias never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he wants revenge against drow

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
