History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His parents enrolled him in a Druid school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: The child of a Unemployed, who enjoyed hunting, Mantus was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Mantus was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: Born to a Ploughman, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Berrian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of a Armorer, who enjoyed hunting, Berrian was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Berrian was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He bought a morningstar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
