When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Darrak has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He has never given up on his writing dream.
