History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
