History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Baern never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Lone is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
