Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a rapier on his belt. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his rapier, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His fur is gray and very short. He has hazel eyes and a pastel hat with a brown feather.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Emerald liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Description: 5'10" and muscular, this northern man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: The child of a Farmer, who enjoyed hunting, Therai was taken on many hunting expeditions. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is cut close to his head. He has violet eyes.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Curran is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now owns his own business.
