History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Paggen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
