Personality: He is happy with his job as a Crown-heir. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Rhogar took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and expand his business

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He now owns his own business.

He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was.
