Personality: He is fixated on the number 36. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Hadarai was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Miner. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born in a small island village. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length white hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
