History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
