History: Gifted from a young age, Gubrash studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Gubrash took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
