History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Kelter's homeland. History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, Ombul and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.
