He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Wiggan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He struck the Slave Trader job and began his own company from there.
