History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Nim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Gerbo hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents enrolled him in a Barbarian school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is renowned for his bright blue suits and hats. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Sailor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Halimath and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
