History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.

His whole body is exceptionally muscular. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: Ivellios is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ivellios grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ivellios alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He usually wears his brown robe and has his kukri always slung over his shoulder. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born in the east to a Butcher, Himo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He tends to his Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Description: This tall, slender man wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a lance on his belt. His yellow fur has been sun bleached extensively. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Lone lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Ruler, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lone fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.
