He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
