History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
