History: Bernard was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bernard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bernard. History: He was raised in a island tribe. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Seamstress kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Oskar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Oskar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. During his travels, Oskar and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Oskar discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Oskar fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
