History: Thradal hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A gifted student he started as a Tailor, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.

The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
