Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He has a large pastel mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. He wears his golden hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Thorin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, Thorin was taken on many hunting expeditions. Thorin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Carpenter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Varis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Varis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This man stands a little under 6'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a tight fitting yellow shirt and pants. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He tends to his Cook job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Stableman again.

Personality: Godfrey wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Druid, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
