Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is content; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
