History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Pog's homeland. Pog decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Art alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his greatsword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Flame fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). Being a Blacksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Kiirith was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and sabotage a competitor
